Role Responsibilities
- Sales and Marketing of ELGi Air Compressors within the assigned geographic area to meet monthly and annul set targets
- Develop new customer base and strive to retain existing customers
- Facilitate the implementation of effective sales strategy to further growth.
- Provide guidance and lead for equipment salesmen in meeting set target and objectives.
- Co-ordinate and ensure appropriate and effective training of salesmen.
- Provide quality report of forecast, budget, and business plan to the Head of Business.
- Perform detailed analytical review of the forecast, budget, and business plan to ensure correctness, completeness, and accuracy of reports.
- Ensures alignment of the unit’s sales objectives to the company’s forecast, budget, and business plan.
- Originate and recommend stock order requisition to the Business Head for approval.
- Liaise with suppliers on all equipment stock order approved by the Head of Business
- Execute planned budget regarding stock order plan and minimum sales profit margin on equipment sale
- Provide adequate and timely product information to customers.
- Monitor the activities of Competitors and Market with respect to sales, pricing, new product and marketing strategy.
- Any other assigned responsibility
Requirements
- MBA or Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
- First Degree in Engineering.
- At least 8 years work experience of which about 3 years must have been in similar business role.
