Job Title: Lead Process Engineer – Area B & C

Tasks
- Lead/Co-ordinate the process technology support to operations for areas B&C as a principal process engineer to maximise plant safety, reliability, efficiency, and capacity and ensure process technical safety.
- Lead/Co-ordinate the process technology support for areas B&C as a principal process engineer to ensure cooperation with other business support groups, such as engineering disciplines, asset support teams, projects, shut-down, and scheduling /planning, to achieve business objectives with a focus on ‘enterprise first.
Main Accountabilities
- Execute activities related to areas B&C for Asset Management Systems (AMS) modules including Ensure Safe Production (ESP), Pro- active Technical Monitoring (PTM), Asset Integrity-Process Safety Management, bow-ties, process Technical Safety Assurance (TSA) as TA3 and compliance reviews.
- Ensure quality for Technology advice for process, including quality control of deliverables and ensure that advice to operations is documented, including expected and realized economic impact to maintain the operating window to ensure safe and sustainable plant operations.
- Execute the 5-year rolling program of process technical safety reviews to cover all RAM 5A/B and high-risk process areas.
- Responsible NLNG areas B&C principal process engineer (TA3) to assure process technical integrity of installations by maintaining minimum required design and engineering standards as applied by TA in the execution and quality assurance of process technical safety reviews (HAZOP, PSSR, etc) for plant changes, third party projects integration, ESP and AI-PSM in conjunction with the other discipline NLNG TA3s.
- Demonstrate HSSE Leadership and Process Safety accountabilities to safely operate and manage production facilities.
- Execute technological support to achieve maximum profit of NLNG through energy efficiency, maximizing production capacity, and minimizing trip frequency.
- Execute technological support to reduce environmental impact of NLNG operation to minimize flaring, optimize fuel consumption and minimize waste generation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or other Engineering / Science disciplines at Second Class Lower Division (2.2) and above.
- Minimum of 8 years post-graduation experience in Operations and Technology assignments in the Oil & Gas industry. At least 3 years should have been spent in a similar position in the oil and gas industry. Ability to interfaces with Engineering, Assets, Operations, Maintenance, Technology and HSE are critical. Technical Authority for Process Technology # TA3.
