Job Description
- Oversees customer services
- Supervises branch operation and offsite locations attached to the branch. i.e. ATMs, Cash centers, e-branch and implants
- Enforcing control and alignment with regulatory requirements
- Directing all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, administration and sales in accordance with the bank’s objectives
- Providing training, coaching, development and motivation for bank personnel
- Developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
Requirements
- A First Degree in any discipline; professional qualification is an added advantage
- Minimum of 3 years post NYSC experience in the financial services industry managing branch operations, cash and tellering
