We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Instrument Engineer, CTM – CTM Assurance

Tasks

  • To maintain and renew (as required) a portfolio of custody transfer & metering (CTM) critical to plant operations across the LNG value chain (from Gas Suppliers up to Condensate/LNG/LPG loading) thereby assuring quality of gas supplies and Condensate/LNG/LPG sold to customers.

Main Accountabilities

  • Carry out gas suppliers metering facilities’ validation as per PG annual plan in line with Gas Supply Agreements (GSA) and follow-up on action plans to facilitate fiscal integrity.
  • Perform periodic inspections and adequate maintenance execution (ME) in line with Gas-GAME (Gas-Global Asset Maintenance Excellence) on all instrumentation installed on all export metering facilities on-site to ensure quality/on-spec Condensate/LPG/LNG.
  • Maintain excellent record keeping and documentation on custody transfer & metering (CTM) systems and ensure the integrity of all relevant drawings and diagrams, assuring plant integrity.
  • Identify the need for new spare parts and carry out periodic stock review of custody transfer & metering, Fire, Gas and Smoke detection and quality measuring instrument systems to ensure cost effectiveness of long-term budget proposals.
  • Provide technical input to maintenance/engineering/obsolescence strategies and propose applicable upgrades to existing systems to continuously improve on performance for sustained system reliability.
  • Manage workflow using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure adequate capture of team activities for Audit purpose, performance Analysis, Procedures and Work Instructions improvements, and System continual to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2000 and Company Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Plan and schedule maintenance tasks to ensure that preventive maintenance is executed as per schedule and back-logs are kept below agreed target to assure system reliability and availability
  • 8. Provide technical support to senior instrument engineer (CTM) and contribute to specialist training development and competency development program peculiar to CTM thereby assuring Assessment & Progression (A&P) scheme’s objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Sciences (Electronics/Electrical, Instrumentation, Control or Mechanical) at Second Class Lower Division (2.2) and above.
  • Minimum of 3 years post-graduation work experience in instrumentation (including analytical systems and CTM) in the Oil and Gas industry, with at least 2 years in similar function in an LNG plant or in a petrochemical company or in the Oil & Gas industry.
